Market is a professional workspace for independent people and businesses in Peckham, southeast London. A stone’s throw from Peckham Rye station, the 1908 Edwardian building has been redeveloped to become a home to small businesses and freelancers who value being together, living and working differently in the local neighbourhood.

Market is home to a restaurant, rooftop bar, shops and a live music venue, but it is a shared workspace at its heart, offering hot desks, fixed desks and studios.

Up on the top floor Forza Wine serves substantial antipasti from the rooftop garden with a 360 view of London, and on the first floor Tonkotsu brings a steamy Japanese noodle bar. Our basement is run by Peckham Audio who carefully curate the best bands and club nights southeast London has to offer. Facing onto Rye Lane on the ground floor you’ll find a rotating selection of small independent retailers.

The result is a space for people in southeast London who want to live and work differently.

Market was designed and developed by the small team of architects at Frame and is an independent operating business run by Nick Mansour and Simon Thorpe.
