Who is Market for?
Market is open to everyone in southeast London who is looking for a way to live and work differently in your local community.
Is Market a members’ club?
No. The co-working spaces are for residents who rent desk spaces, and the rest of the building is open to all.
Can anyone go into Market?
Yes – Market is opening open to members of the public. We’d encourage people to get in touch to organise a time to come in and look around the workspace, as this part is only accessible to residents.
What do I get if I sign up for a desk?
You get more than a desk at Market. You get a professional place to present your business from, in the heart of south London. Once through the front door, you get full access to the building with a choice of places to work from. You also get access to A3 colour printing and copying, showers, secure bike storage, different sized meeting rooms, plus a shared kitchen, living room, and panoramic views of London.
How long is a contract?
We know our residents value flexibility. Therefore hot desks are on a weekly rolling basis, with fixed desks rolling monthly. Studios are on a two-month notice period, so in all cases your maximum commitment is limited.
How many desks are there?
There are over 250 desks over the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th floors.
Who is currently in the building?
Market is home to a number of creative and independent businesses from the local area. Some examples at the moment are The Unmistakables, Delve Architects, Migrate Art and Your Samples Collective

Can I choose where our fixed desks are?
Yes – wherever possible we can let you choose the position of your fixed desk.

Do I get a discount on the restaurants in the building?
We are currently working on this and hope to have information on discounts available soon.
Are dogs allowed at Market Peckham?
